Disclaimer: All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. November 17, 2019 Theft from Motor Vehicle — 500 block Braeburn. Resident reported vehicles entered and property stolen, including a laptop, purse, wallet, backpack, miscellaneous cards and cash. Information was taken and a report made. Harassment — Cedar St. Resident reported receiving harassing social media messages. Information was taken and a report made. Case remains under investigation at this time. November 18, 2019 Theft — 1900 block Redbud Street. Large quantity of plywood was stolen from a new residential construction site. Information was taken and a report made. November 19, 2019 Theft — 2800 block Sunset Dr. Two trailers were broken into at a construction site. Various tools were reported stolen, including extension cords, battery chargers, a portable heater, band saw, hammer drill, and more. Information was taken and a report made. Vehicle Crash/ Hit & Run 500 block North Ave. Vehicle owned by John Anderson, Norwalk, was struck while legally parked in a private parking lot. Information was taken and a report forwarded to the Iowa Department of Transportation. Case remains under investigation. November 21, 2019 Vehicle Crash — Hwy and Hwy 28. Vehicle driven by Shari Harberts, Waukee, struck a vehicle driven by Sharon Davis, Council Bluffs. Information was taken and a report forwarded to the Iowa Department of Transportation. Theft — 1700 block Sunset Drive. Merchandise was reported stolen from a local store. Information was taken and a report made. Case remains under investigation. Investigation continues. 21000 block, Liberty Center: Max Ruble, 72, rural Warren County, reported trespass. Investigation continues. November 13, 2019 8000 block, Buchanan Trail, Greenfield Township: Mark Hildreth, 42, Warren County, reported burglary to a motor vehicle. Investigation continues. 8000 block, Buchanan Trail, G r e e n f i e l (1 Township: George Migliero, 53, Warren County, reported burglary to a motor vehicle. Investigation continues. November 14, 2019 400 block, Milo: Deborah Seifert, 49, Milo, reported harassment. Investigation ongoing. 8000 block, Ridgeview Dr, Greenfield Township: Theresa Foust, 61, Des Moines, reported theft of packages from her front step. November 15, 2019 600 block, Hartford: Theft of gas from the Git N Go in Hartford was reported. November 16, 2019 8000 block Crestview, Greenfield Township: Sara Routh, 22, Greenfield Plaza, reported domestic abuse. 6000-block Hwy 65/69: Madison Ann Elder, 19, Ankeny, was arrested for OWI lst offense. November 17, 2019 ' 20000-block Hwy 5: Beatrice Anne Dawson, 43, Des Moines, was arrested for OWI lst offense. 17:01, 4000 Block R068/98th Ave: Joshua Luke Goering, Indianola, was traveling north on R63 when he struck a deer in the 4000 block. Goering’s vehicle sustained damage to the right front and windshield. Driver (only occupant) did not report any injuries. 17:50, 15000 Block US 65: Danny Cloyd Krutsinger, Lacona, was traveling south on Hwy 65/69 when he struck a deer in the 15000 block. Krutsinger’s vehicle sustained heavy damage to the front. Occupants (2) did not report any injuries. Vehicle was towed away by Tomin Towing on a priVate tow. November 19, 2019 18:09, 10000 Block State 92/Iowa 92: Hannah Elizabeth Saf was traveling west bound; deer ran from south to north and made contact with driver side door causing minor damage. The deer rolled down the driver side of the vehicle and also caused damage to the fender flair. No one injured in the accident. Deer ran off.
