Carried unanimously RESOLUTION 18-225 REZONIN OF LAND MARK FARGO BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the W~ren County Board of Supervisors hereby approves the rezoning request of crtain lands submitted by Mark Fargo, 13435 Summerset Road, Indianola, Iowz This will allow for rezoning within Warren County from A-1 (Agricultural Estrict) to M-1R (Light Industrial District- Restricted). The restrictions are as follows: 1 .The zoning sunsets and sha revert back to A-1 (Agricultural District) if the property is sold. 2. Limiting to no manufacturing 3. RESOLUTION 18-226 SPEED LIIIT WHEREAS, the Board of Supervises, under the provisions of Chapter 321.285, Subsection 5, Code of Iowa, if o the basis of an engineering and traffic investigation, the speed on any seondary road is greater than is reasonable and proper under the conditions fend to exist, the Board shall determineand declare a reasonable and proper oeed limit; now, BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Wa~en County Board of Supervisors hereby approves that the speed limit of 4(mph be established on the following road: R63 Hwy 160' North of Inwood StBet to 1040' South of Inwood Street Carried unanimously RESOLUTION 18-227 SCH ORNBERG AND WARREN COUNTY AGREEMENT BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Waren County Board of Supervisors hereby approves agreement between Scharnberg and Warren County. Carried unanimously RESOLUTION 18-228 MPO BYLAWS AND MPO 28E AGREEMENT AMENDMENT WHEREAS, Warren County is a member of the Des Moines Area Metropolitan Planning Organization, as organized under Iowa Code Chapter 28E CMPO"); and WHEREAS, there has been a pro0osal to adopt certain amendments to the MPO Bylaws and corresponding amendments to the MPO 28E Agreement; and WHEREAS, MPO Bylaws amendments require two readings and affirmative votes of a majority of member government representatives, and amendments to the 28E Agreement require an affirmative vote of a majority of member government representatives; and WHEREAS amendments to the 2TE Agreement also require an approval of three-fourths of the member govenments by resolution; and WHEREAS, the requisite votes b~the representatives of the MPO member governments have taken place to idopt the accompanying Bylaws and 28E Agreement AS AMENDED, subject only to the requisite approval of three- fourths of the member governmens by resolution; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESCLVED THAT, the Warren County Board of Supervisors hereby approves the MPO Bylaws and 28E Agreement as amended. Carried unanimously RESOLUTION 18-229 APEX CO LLC CONTRACT BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Warren County Board of Supervisors hereby approves contract for hazardous abatement design services from APEX Co LLC.
