11. Consideration of second, and possibly third, read-

zoning map of the City of Norwalk Iowa, by rezoning
certain property from R-1(80), R-4, C-0 and C-2 to
Planned Unit Development (PUD) and to adopt the
Master Plan and establish the rules, regulations, and
guidelines for the development of the North Shore PUD.

12. Consideration of first reading of an Ordinance
amending the following section 17.10.060.2(D) of the
Zoning Ordinance related to garage requirements for
Multi-Family Dwelling - Apartments.
13. Consideration of reading, or readings, for a pro-
posed ordinance ordering the vacation of easements on,
and the closing of, Masteller Road. (information will be
available and sent to the Council following the Plan-
ning and Zoning Commission meeting on December
14th.)
14. Consideration of a resolution approving an engi-
neering agreement for the Orchard View Trail Exten-
sion project between Greg Ruth of Veenstra and Kimm
and the City of Norwalk.
15. Discussion and consideration of a project man-
agement proposal with DCI for pool improvements
project.
16. Discussion and possible consideration of a reso-
lution directing how revenues from the imposition of a
local sales and service tax would be used in the City of
NorWalk should the proposal put forth by Warren
County be approved by the electorate.
17. Discussion regarding water and sewer availabil-
ity charges.
