Carried unanimously RESOLUTION 14-149 COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR EMPLOYMENT AGREE- MENT BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Warren County Board of Supervisors hereby ap- proves the Employment Agreement with Jean Furler as written. Carried unani- mously RESOLUTION 14-150 APPROVE AMENDMENT TO 5 YEAR CONSTRUC- TION PROGRAM FOR SECONDARY ROADS DEPARTMENT BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Warren County Board of Supervisors hereby move to approve the amendment to the Five Year Construction Program for the Sec- ondary Roads Department commencing July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2019. Carried unanimously RESOLUTION 14-151 OPEN PUBLIC HEARING BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Warren County Board of Supervisors hereby en- ters into the public hearing portion of the meeting regarding Chapters 10 and 15 of County Ordinances. Carried unanimously RESOLUTION 14-153 CHANGESTO CHAPTERS 10 & 15 OFTHE WARREN COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Warren County Board of Supervisors hereby votes to (1) suspend the multiple reading requirements as set forth in the Iowa Code, (2) repeal current Chapters 10 and 15 of the Warren County Code of Ordinances in their entirety, (3) adopt new Chapters 10 and 15 of the Warren County Cede of Ordinances as shown in Exhibits A and B attached and (4) direct the Warren County Auditor to publish these new Chapters 10 and 15 as soon as practical.
