BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Warren County Board of Supervisors hereby move to approve the County Engineer's
review of bids from Contractors for the 160 = Ave RRTC Culvert Project, Project No. L-C5315s873-91 and accept
the bids from:
Herberger Construction $24,165.00
Underground Company $30,490.00
Vanderpool Construction $25,803.00
And approve the bid from Herberger Construction in the amount of $24,165.00 and authorize the Chair to sign the

BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Warren County Board of Supervisors hereby approves the job description for Material

RESOLUTION 12-308D ADD FARM-TO-MARKET (FM) OR LOCALLY FUNDED PROJECT(S) NOT IN THE
CURRENT PROGRAM
BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Supervisors of Warren County, Iowa, initiates and recommends that the
following projects(s) be approved by the Iowa Department of Transportation (Iowa DOT) for improvement with the
funds as shown below for the period covering the current secondary road construction program.

RESOLUTION 12-308E ROAD CLOSURES
BE IT RESOLVED THAT the following roads be closed due to bridge condition:
Jesup Street between 70th & 80th and 220th Avenue between Wyoming and $23 Highway.

RESOLUTION 12-309 APPROVE LIBERTY CENTER SEWER SYSTEM CONNECTION FEE
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors, Warren County, Iowa, is empowered under the authority of Warren County,
Iowa, Code of Ordinances, Chapter 35.07 to set a connection charge for the Uberty Center Sewer System and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors, Warren County, Iowa has received several requests for Sewer Connection
Permits, and WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors, Warren County, Iowa, desires to sat a fair connection fee to
help defray the costs of inspection, observation, measurement, sampling and testing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors, Warren County, iowa,
and this date met in lawful session, that a connection fee be set for the issuance of permits for connection to the
Liberty Center Sewer System.
BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Warren County Board of Supervisors hereby sets the amount of $300.00 as and for
the connection charge for the Liberty Center Sewer System. Carried unanimously
RESOLUTION 12-310 I.D.O.T. 1-35 PRECONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Warren County Board of Supervisors hereby enters into an agreement between the
iowa Department of Transportation and Warren County to establish or make improvements to 1-35. Carded
unanimously
The Supervisors gave reports of their previous week's activities. The Assistant County Attorney
gave the County Attorney's Reports. The next regular meeting will be held on Tuesday,
December 18, 2012 at 9:30 a.m.
