Free Medical Clinic at Crossroads Church The Norwalk Free Medical Clinic, located at Crossroads Church, is open the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of each month, and everyone is welcome. No appointments are necessary. Crossroads Church is located at 2601 Border Street in Norwalk. On clinic nights, patient registration begins 5:45 p.m., and patients are seen beginning at 6:00 pm. The last patient registration is at 7:30 p.m., and the clinic closes 8:00 pm. Services include: acute illness/minor injury exams, well child exams, (no vaccines), lead testing, school/sports physicals, adult tetanus shots, patient assistance program enrollment, blood pressure checks, and diabetes blood glucose testing.
