Thursday, April 15, 2010 N/Warren Town and County News Page Five Methodist Rummage Sale The Norwalk United Methodist Church is sponsor- ing their annual rummage sale Friday, April 23, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday; April 24, 8 a.m. to noon. An Early Bird Preview Sale will be Thursday, April 22, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Admission for the Early Bird Sale is $3. Throughout the sale patrons may "Fill a Bag" for $5. Some items are individually priced. In addition to Saturday's rummage sale, the group is hosting an outdoor flea market. Contact Nancy at 210- 6868 if you are interested in renting space for the flea market for $10. Proceeds from the rummage sale and space rental will be used to sponsor youth mission trips to Kentucky and South Dakota. Blankets to Haiti A Success The quilt and blanket project to make blankets for Haiti was held in March at Fellowship Community Church. Donnis Blake advises that over 35 women helped sew and prepare 130 blankets for shipment to Haiti. Blake appreciates all the help.
