Pete the Cat Visits
Warren (Zeunty
By Sara Davis
The Warren County Libraries hosted a Pete the
Cat meet and greet on Saturday, April 27th at Gerry
Allen Memorial Park in New Virginia. Children
throughout Warren County were invited to come
meet Pete the Cat, take a photo with him, make a
Pete the Cat hat, color Pete the Cat coloring pages,
and interact with goats and sheep. While at the meet
and greet, children also got to enjoy two hours of story
time, complete with dancing, singing, and, of course,
Pete the Cat books. Before leaving each child was
gifted a new book to add to their book collection at
home.
